The Merion Tribute House was built after World War I by  the Merion Civic Association as a community center in memorial to the 81 men from Merion who served in the “Great War”. Today the building host weddings and other events. 

Merion Station is the formal name of an unincorporated community in 19066 in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States. Merion Station and locally named Merion and Merion Park share the same zip code. Locals commonly understand that Merion Station is the neighborhood within walking distance to the Merion Train Station.
