Independence Hall is one of the most historic buildings, not only in Philadelphia, but in the United States. Each year, countless visitors come to see this "birthplace of the nation", where the Founding Fathers wrote, debated and adopted the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. This watercolor was painted in conjunction with the Artists in the Park program sponsored by Independence National Historic Park.
