     Along the shore of the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia is a charming group of colorful houses known as Boathouse Row. These houses, built in the 1800’s, are home to the local rowing clubs and college teams whose sculls are a regular sight on the river. Boathouse Row is one of the most popular city landmarks, especially at night, when all of the houses are outlined in lights..
